Ugh. Not having a good day.

I woke up at 3:30 this morning and had to go to the bathroom. So I open the door and step inside, only to discover there is about an inch and a half of standing water. Pretty much got hit with a surge of adrenaline, flipped on the light...and discover that one of our water pipes has cracked and is spraying water everywhere.

*headdesk*

I moved furniture and boxed things up for four hours before coming into work. I am so tired I feel like I'm going to drop.

And there is a screaming child down the hall, and that is not helping my nerves any.

Oh yeah. And since we had to tear down my computer to move my desk, I won't be online at home for awhile. Who knows how long.

*hugs* so sorry to hear that, that totally sucks! I feel your pain. Our basement flooded last Friday and the pipes vibrated so hard we thought the place was going to explode. Scariest thing ever. We had to turn on the water to stop the vibration which just added water to the basement - nighmare

Hope Your plumber was as nice as ours - seriously such a quick and efficient response! Still sucked though. :(

Holy crap. *squish* I'm so sorry, hun. It's a pain in the ass trying to save stuff when you've got water flooding the place. Here's to better days.
