See, this is very tough for me. On the one hand, this series has been one that I have thoroughly enjoyed, and the first series in years that I have faithfully watched every week it was on. However, Season 2, for all that it has done right, has in my opinion crippled the very rails that Season 1 had started, and I really would hate for Jericho to turn into, say, "Prison Break" without the Prison or the Break, or any number of current similar incidents we've been seeing in syndicated television.
If Season 2 hadn't jumped the shark so quickly, I wouldn't have been so saddened for Jericho's future, but as it stands, I know that the Season finale won't bring about decent closure, yet at the same time it'll do a decent job of bastardizing any hope of a great Season 3. And that saddens me.
