I have to give you some fuel for the good fight as one who has been victim of the 'just because they were as naked as one can be with a network rating and clasped in each other's arms and did all that they could do on network television to indicate sex without the actual sex part before the fade to black...doesn't mean they actually had sex' (????) debate before with 'the other side of a triangle...

And as an objective person who doesn't even watch the show yet herself, I have got to say that not only is he most definitely kissing her back, but that if he clasps her to himself any harder, they're going to be one person. ;)
