My personal views on abortion aside, they are playing with serious fire trying to compartmentalize rape.
Drugged or date rape is every bit as horrific as being forcibly held down. It is every bit a violation of a person. At times, it can be worse. Imagine knowing what was happing but being too drugged to make your body fight back. What's next? Will they re-legalize marital rape?
