Man, that makes me really SICK! Six percent?!?!
That's about as bad as finding out last week....from a 30 year investigation into the NZ police department.....that cops would sweep rape and sexual assualt complaints under the carpet, and tell victims that what they had complained about really "didn't" happen.
And, would you believe it, our Police has never had a Code of Conduct. That makes me feel even more sick.......no fuckin' wonder there's so many complaints made against the cops here.
So I echo your statement....that's just infuriating, those statistics, and the crap going on here.
