So this is the lastest LJ news. The only thing I found a bit concerning was this:

We have opened a dialogue with Creative Commons about ways we can make it easier for users to be clear about content that they are willing to share and content they wish to maintain ownership and control over.

Is this something fanfic authors should be concerned about?
